Lights

The HERCULES X8 UA (Unmanned Aircraft) is operated using semi-automatic flight modes such as Altitude Hold and Loiter GPS. These assisted modes require the operator to have clear visibility of the UAV's position and heading.

To provide the necessary indications, the HERCULES X8 is equipped with the following lighting system:

• Strobe Flash White LED: This LED is used for spotting the UAV in midair, making it more visible.
• Navigation LED Lights:
  • Green LEDs: Indicate the front of the UAV.
  • Red LEDs: Indicate the rear of the UAV, helping the operator determine its direction.

This lighting system ensures that the operator can always identify the UAV's orientation and position during flight, improving safety and control.
